County of Murky Waters
Contessa Justyna Vyacheslav, and the Shady Veil Contessa Justyna Vyacheslav, affectionately refered to (behind her back) as the Absent-Minded Contessa, Sidhe Wilder of House Eiluned, reigns over the County of Murky Waters, in the Duchy of Endless Mountains, in the Kingdom of Apples.



The County, despite Justyna's Modern inclinations, is still very Traditional and rural. It is mostly farmlands and townships, the nearest big city being Caer Electricia (Scranton, PA).

Shady Veil, the Contessa's Hearth is located near the High School in Scott Township.

Though mostly untitled Commoners reside here, Shady Veil is a Noble Freehold and the Nobles are granted the proper respect (even if they are a little batty). The Contessa's word is law, even if she does not enforce it as strictly as other Lords.
The names Changeling and Changeling: The Dreaming, the blue and white bordered circular icons, the heraldic blazons and the Changeling banner are registered trademarks of White Wolf. Neither their use here, nor the mention of concepts and themes developed in Changeling are a challenge to the trademarks and copyrights concerned.
